1. Eligibility

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time. Some products are released as limited-edition drops — once sold out, they may not return. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be collected at checkout where required by law. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout. Full payment must be received before an order is processed.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders enter processing immediately after placement. To request a cancellation or change, contact us right away at support@thatsnostalgic.com. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been fulfilled or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates these terms.

5. Shipping

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything from us. If you’re not satisfied, review our Refund and Returns Policy. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Opened grooming products (such as beard oils) are non-refundable for health and hygiene reasons.

All content on this site — including our logo, original characters (VHS Victor, Captain Cassette, Pixel Pete, Mall-Rat Mike, DemoJordan, BeatCroc, Cool Slime Dude), product images, and branding — is the exclusive property of That’s Nostalgic LLC and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited. All characters are 100% original and are not affiliated with or derived from any existing copyrighted material.
