What is That's Nostalgic LLC?

We are a retro-inspired lifestyle brand and general store celebrating 80s and 90s pop culture. From collectibles and apparel to natural grooming products like beard oils, we bring the best memories of those decades back to life.

Where are your products made?

All of our products, including our all-natural beard care line and soy candles, are hand-poured, printed, and shipped right here in the United States. We support local sourcing and keep our quality standards incredibly high.

Are your grooming products all-natural?

Yes! Our beard oils are made from 100% natural, premium carrier oils like jojoba, argan, and grapeseed, enriched with Vitamin E and natural essential oils. We never use artificial chemicals, sulfates, parabens, or fillers.

How long does shipping take?

Our products are custom made for you. While we do our best to keep inventory on hand, orders typically ship within 10 business days. Standard shipping within the US generally takes 5 to 8 business days. We offer expedited shipping (2 to 4 business days) at checkout, and free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally or to Canada?

We currently ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not active at this time, but we are actively working on expanding shipping to Canada very soon!

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened grooming products (like beard oils) and candles cannot be returned. Please read our full Returns Policy page for details.

How are your character designs created?

All of our characters (like Cool Slime Dude, VHS Victor, Captain Cassette, Pixel Pete, Mall-Rat Mike, DemoJordan, and BeatCroc) are 100% original designs created from scratch by our artists. We do not use copyrighted assets or license existing franchises — everything is unique.

Where can I watch your videos?

You can follow our YouTube channel, @thatsnostalgic, where we do deep dives into retro pop culture, show behind-the-scenes character designs, and share exclusive drop previews.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we start processing orders immediately, please email us at thatsnostalgicllc@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
