Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time. Shipping to Canada is coming soon — stay tuned!
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During limited-edition drop launches or peak seasons, processing may take an additional day and we will notify you by email.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather or high carrier volume are outside our control.
Free Shipping
Orders totaling $40 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping — no coupon code needed. The discount is applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our hands. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking. If you haven’t received a shipping email within 4 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@thatsnostalgic.com.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at the time of order. If you catch an error right away, email us immediately and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
